Cyberabad civic boundaries: find the right authority

Living in an area called Cyberabad does not mean every public service follows the same boundary. Telangana’s 11 February 2026 municipal order places the Serilingampally, Kukatpally and Quthbullapur zones in Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC). The reorganised official administrative table lists 76 wards across 16 circles in those zones.
For a road, sanitation, drainage or public-facility enquiry, start with your exact locality and the current municipal ward/circle. Keep the complaint reference for follow-up. Do not infer your ward from a nearby landmark or postal label: the directory is a starting point, not an address-level boundary certificate.
Police station jurisdiction is a separate question, and HMDA’s metropolitan planning area is different again. Utility providers also use their own service territories. IIT Hyderabad, for example, is at Kandi, Sangareddy; its name alone does not put the campus inside CMC.
